Position for Research Assistant at the Center for Children with
Special Needs at Floating
Hospital, Tufts-NEMC. The position involves administering testing
instruments to
adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and their families in a
study about quality of
life. Responsibilities include recruiting and scheduling patients,
performing
psychological testing under the supervision of a developmental
pediatrician, analysis of
results and data entry. Hours are flexible but applicants should be
able to work at least
7 to 10 hours per week for at least three months. Salary is $10/
hour. Prior experience
working with children/adolescents is preferred but not necessary and
prior research
experience is not necessary. Location is at the Floating Hospital
for Children,
Tufts-NEMC, Washington St., Boston. Public transportation available
by the MBTA Orange
Line, Green Line and Silver Line. Interested applicants should
