AFC Mentoring has the following positions available:

. AFCMentors Program Coordinator

. AFCMentors MA Promise Fellow

We are looking for a full-time AFCMentors Program Coordinator to start
immediately, and a Massachusetts Promise Fellow to start in August. As a
Promise Fellow you will join the AFC staff, serve our program and have the
support of the MA Promise Fellowship. That support includes additional
training, free courses at NortheasternUniversity, loan forbearance and an

We are also looking for dedicated, passionate individuals to become
AmeriCorps* VISTA members. As a VISTA you will do a year of service
providing direct capacity to our organization. This is a great opportunity
to gain experience in a nonprofit organization, whether you are making a
career change or new to the workforce. We are looking for a Mentor and
Volunteer Recruitment VISTA, a Development VISTA, and a Marketing & PR VISTA
to start in mid-July. VISTA members are required to put in 40 hours a week
and receive a living allowance of $11,388 a year, plus a choice of an
educational award or an additional stipend, and a $300 a month rental

In addition, we are seeking Marketing and Development Interns. The
internship is unpaid, but if you are a student, we will work with your
college or university to set up something for credit. Interns must be able
to commit to at least 10 hours a week for a minimum of three months or one
