$600 + utilities for 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom - September 1st - Bright
house near Tufts and steps from 96 Bus
Description:
Ground floor: The room for rent is in the huge bright basement area with
private entrance and bathroom available beginning Sept. 1st. Amazing space
for the price!
First floor: Spacious, open and bright. Hardwood floor, common eat-in
kitchen, and common living room are on the second floor with the 2nd
bathroom. Back door opens to deck that overlooks a small and private garden.
Top floor: The other 3 bedrooms (also all hardwood and bright) and 3rd
bathroom.
Utilities include heat, cable, gas, and Poland springs water (optional).
This bill varies from $60-$100. Parking spot in back available as well as
street parking for guests; $1 coin-operated washer and dryer in basement.
The 96 bus stop is minutes away from front door and 10-minute walk to Tufts.
Davis Square and T (Red line) is a 15 minute bus ride away. Major Hwy 93 is
a 2-minute drive away.
The Roomies:
Roomies are 3 females, aged 24-26. One is a graduate student at Tufts and
two are working.

Responsible, clean, friendly female roommate. Ideal for Tufts student or
