The Department of Family and Child Ecology is accepting applications
for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in *Early Childhood
Education/Child Development*. In addition, to a doctorate in Child
Development or Early Childhood Education, or a closely-related field.
The successful candidate will be expected to establish a strong
externally recognized and supported program of research and to develop
excellence in teaching. Interest in the development of program or
research linkages to the MSU Child Development Laboratories would be
preferred. Candidates will have some responsibility for mentoring and
teaching undergraduate and graduate students who are preparing for
careers in research and/or practice and administration. For additional
information about the college, department, and program areas visit,
nationally competitive. Submit a statement of research and teaching
interests, curriculum vita, and three (3) letters of reference to
